The Strutt & Parker Rural Renewable Energy team is helping clients across the country with informed advice for their solar farm projects and then pairing them with the best developers and investors in the market.
We were recommended by a local Cambridge solicitor to act on behalf of their client in the sale of a 2.4 MW solar farm that had been developed on their land and who were looking at succession planning opportunities. The renewables team provided advice on our opinion of value, sale strategy and overseeing a private sale.

By identifying the opportunity to create a 120-acre solar scheme in this Buckinghamshire estate and providing the advice and expertise to realise the opportunity, our team secured the future of this estate for the next generation.
